从搭配上看

1.be worth+名词/代词/动名词(主动表被动)

This paiting is worth the price

This car is not worth repairing

You are not  worth it

2.it is worth

Is it worth watering the flowers

It is worth buying this gift

3.be worth doing除了可以用it,句子主语可以是动名词的逻辑宾语，若是不及物动词，要加介词

She is not worth getting angry with.

His behavior is not worth mentioning

be worthy of +名词/代词/动名词

His behavior is worthy of praising

This teacher is.worthy of respect

Be worthy to do sth

This suggestion is worthy to be considered

It is worthy to do this research

Be worthwhile +动名词/不定式

This book is worthwhile to buy

This idea is worthwhile to discuss

It is worthwhile teaching him Chinese.

It is.worth one's while to do/doing sth

Would you like to weed for me?I'll make it worth your while.

It is worth your while to visit this museum

按照传统语法，it is worth one' while to do sth[doing sth]中it做形式主语，其中不定式或者动名词做句子真正的主语。
